SUMMARY AND COMMENT: New study indicates automakers need to rethink child-seat anchor systems (LATCH). Joint study by the Insurance Institute for Highway Safety (IIHS) and the University of Michigan Transportation Research Institute found that only 21 of 98 vehicles tested were easy to use.
