COMMENT: Does technology make you a better lawyer?
Article's author concludes no. One commentator agreed stating, "Technology frees me from the office. For me it means getting to a few more kids soccer games and a few more family dinners. A few more weekends out of town, or at the cabin. It doesn’t make me a better lawyer but it does make me a better person to be around."
Do you agree or disagree that technology can make you a better lawyer or does it just allow you to be more efficient?

Bamboozled: Debt collector wasn't keeping track of payments and, surprisingly, state law doesn't require it | NJ.com
COMMENT: While New Jersey may not have a law requiring the debt collector to tell a person how much they owe the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA) might. People should be entitled to know what they owe on a debt to make sure that they are paying (or being forced to pay) the correct amount.
The debt collector's excuses in this case are flimsy. It should not be hard for it to determine the amount owed. The woman was trying to pay what she legitimately owed.
